We are looking for a (Senior) Development Engineer for the BF UHP team. Your tasks will be: 

  • Planning, budgeting and leadership of UHP tire development projects in order to meet customer as well as internal performance requirements
  • Identification and application of necessary technologies, resources and Know-How to meet customer expectations
  • Design and management of a development strategy
  • Continuous alignment of obtained test results with requirement profiles
  • Coordination of in-time tire building, testing and delivery to customers
  •  Implementation of approved specifications into production as well as monitoring of serial production
  • Solution of all development related tasks in line with OE strategy
  • Participation in line-and technology projects, as well as leading of target approval projects

Votre profil

  • Academic degree in engineering, automotive engineering, natural sciences or similar disciplines
  • Experience in tire development preferred
  • Project management experience 
  • Willingness to act and to take over responsibility (e.g. project lead)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and ideally also in German
  • Strong team player and very good communication skills
